Hi there!
I’m a 59 year old community developer for Salford Council. I also run a community group with the aim to bring people from different backgrounds and ethnicities together.
I am mostly out during the day although I do work from home a few days a week.
A little bit about the flat and the spare room. It’s a beautiful flat in New Islington with a balcony and canal view. The flat is clean and decorated in a way to make it feel quite cosy and homely. The apartment also benefits from a 24/7 concierge, a communal patio as well as club room for residents.
The spare room has its own en-suite bathroom. Although it’s not fully furnished but it comes with a bed as well as storage room outside the room.
I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful flat mate to share the apartment with.
A note about the car park, I am renting the car park to a neighbour at the moment but if a car park space is a must for you I’d be happy to consider including it for an additional £150 per month.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
