Northern Quarter Double Room With Bathroom

Looking for one roommate to fill a private room in a central Northern Quarter based flat. (5 month lease with a possibility to extend in October).

The private room comes with a bathroom with a bath. The shower is upstairs in a separate bathroom, across the hall from my room. Neither bathrooms are en-suite, so we can both use the shower and bath whenever. So at least you get the best of both worlds!

The flat is maisonette, so my bedroom sits above the lounge. The available bedroom is completely private. Due to the location of my room, I’m ideally looking for someone who works 9-5 and not shift patterns.

Looking for someone who is friendly, chilled and proactive with cleaning up after themselves. I’m not opposed to a cat/dog but will need to talk about it.

The flat is in an ideal location and walking distance to most of the city.
- 5 minutes from Aldi.
- 2 minutes from Stevenson Square.
- 10 minutes to Piccadilly station.
- 5 minutes to Market Street.

All referencing to be completed ASAP.

Bills are included in the £822.

There is also private parking under the flats. Unsure on price as I don’t drive.

As for me I’m 29 and I’ve lived in Manchester for five years. I love music, eating out and getting out of the house on weekends. I’m clean and quiet in the evenings. I like to cook but as I’m busy with work I save cooking something nice up on the weekends. I haven’t got any pets.
