Double Room Available in Ancoats

Hi everyone, I have a double room available from July 26th. My mate is moving out to go travelling, so I’m looking for someone to extend the tenancy with for a further 6 months.

This double room on the 6th floor comes with its own bathroom, a balcony, and a large shared living room and kitchen area. The flat also comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

The building has a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room for residents to use for free.

Rent is £750 each, NOT including bills. Bills come to around £200 each extra a month, so around £950 for rent and bills.

About me:
I’m 27 and work in the city centre as an Architectural Technologist. I work from home 1-2 days a week. If you need to work from home at all, that’s completely fine. My weeknights are very chilled, usually I’ll go to the gym followed by a swim / sauna. During the weekends, I enjoy going for long runs / walks and grabbing a coffee. Then going for some food and drinks with mates on a Friday or Saturday night. Ideally, I’d like someone to move in with the same interests and hobbies as myself and class them as a mate rather than just a person I live with.
