Double bed in New Islington

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a person to come and live with me in this lovely flat in New Islington. The development was recently built and everything in it is absolutely shiny and new!

The development is located on Great Ancoats street, 5 mins away from New Islington marina - perfect if you love going for walks and enjoy a coffee with a view, 7 mins away from New Islington tram stop, 5 mins from Piccadilly station/tram. There’s a big Aldi nearby, a pure gym and an M&S. there’s also a Sainsbury’s express just below the flat.

The building has secured entrance and it looks quite safe, there’s a parcel room which you can only access with a fob.

The flat is located on the first floor, and I am looking for a FEMALE professional to rent the smaller double bedroom. The main bathroom will be just in front of your room.

I am looking for someone clean and tidy, respectful of the communal areas. I work 9-5 monday-Friday so i would prefer someone with the same schedule. No people working from home please.

The flat is still a work in progress but more furniture has been ordered and will be delivered soon.

The bills and council tax will be around £150/170 depending on the season/usage. The deposit is £850, and the maximum contract is 6 months with the chance to renew.

I’m very sociable and I’m looking for a flatmate I can also do stuff with. I also enjoy having my own space and will indeed respect yours.
