I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the start of June, the latest date to move in would be the 2nd week of June.
The room is part of a 2 bed flat a 2 minute walk from New Islington tram stop in Manchester city centre.
It is a large double room fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table, with space for a desk. It also has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The flat is on the top floor of the building, has a large open plan kitchen / living room, large balcony, dish washer, and washer/dryer.
The building has 24/7 security and an onsite gym also.
There is a low deposit option of £200 available, and bills come to around £125 a month, but as we were looking to rent our parking space, bills will be significantly reduced.
You will be sharing with the lovely Lauren (31) She is fun, vibrant, friendly and open minded. She works 9-5 mainly from home and is looking for someone who also works similar hours to compliment her routine. She enjoys cooking, dancing and good conversation, and would like to connect with a new housemate but also has her own friends and hobbies.
She is looking for someone who has good communication and enjoys a laugh but wants to keep the house chill and no weekly parties.
Lauren is queer, neurodiverse and super colourful and would like someone who respects this. Bonus points if you love a dance in the kitchen to your fav tunes.
If any of this sounds good to you, feel free to reach out :)
