En-suite room in ancoats

Hey, just see this flat come up and wondering if anyone would like to join me in putting a deposit down. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath appartment in ancoats along the canal and a few mins walk from new Islington tram stop. It will likely be taken very shortly but the lady I spoke to said there should be more coming in the next couple of weeks. I am very laid back and would be new to Manchester so would be great to have a flatmate I can be friends with too.
