Double room with en-suite in New Islington

Hello!

My current flatmate is moving in with his best friend, meaning I have a room available from the end of June.

WHAT’S ON OFFER
The flat is in New Islington, a couple of minutes’ walk away from the marina, the amenities of Ancoats, and New Islington Aldi. The NQ and the Village are both about 15-20 minutes on foot.

The room is a large double with its own en-suite.

We also have a large kitchen/living room complete with a family-sized fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There’s a balcony just off the living room, and plenty of storage space in the utility cupboard.

Sadly no bills are included. Depending on the month these vary from around £150 to £200 each (for water, electric, WiFi, and council tax).

ABOUT ME
I’m a 24 year old young professional working in advertising. I work from home two days a week when I’m not in the office.

I’m a vegan with a passion for cooking, film, and music as well as the odd night out. I’d love to live with someone with some shared interests and with whom I could really make this flat a home we want to spend time in together.

I also identify as non-binary so you’ll have to be cool with that. TERFs and Tories need not apply!
