FLAT DETAILS:
It’s a 2 bed/2 bathroom flat in Ancoats. There’s a shared living room/kitchen with a balcony access and shows the beautiful manny skyline. There’s also a utility cupboard in the hallway for some storage. The flat comes with a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

It is in a perfect location with it being a 5 minute walk to the New Islington tram stop. It’s only a 20 minute walk into NQ and Piccadilly gardens, and just 10 minutes to the New Islington Marina.

IMPORTANT:
The new tenant will have to sign on to the tenancy agreement for a minimum of 6 months.

Unfortunately there are no bills included and will be about £200 a month (varies) which includes council tax, water, wifi and electric. The flat is in Council Tax Band

ABOUT ME:
I am a 24 year old woman working in hospitality. My job means I’m out for long hours of the day and often come back quite late (I do it quietly, I promise). I love to cook and listen to music sometimes accompanied by a bottle of wine. I am also a plant mum to 6🪴.
