Double room with en-suite in Ancoats

Hey! I’m looking for a flat mate to take over my current flat mates room as she’s sadly moving out end of June.

The room is a spacious unfurnished double bedroom with en-suite with a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage!

The apartments living room and kitchen is fully furnished and very homely feeling the kitchen comes with dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment is situated on Ancoats square with only a short walk to the marina and local shops/bars with a 10 minute walk to the Arndale.

All bills are currently set up - council tax, electricity, water, internet etc

The apartment block has onsite Conceige, gym and parking space is available on request.

About me- I’m a freelance hair stylist and travel between Manchester and Glasgow for work so every week varys.

I’m clean and tidy love to cook, chill with a glass wine and watch shite tv looking for a sociable flat mate who enjoys the same and grabbing some food and drinks outside the apartment.
