The room is a spacious double with an en suite bathroom. The property is a 4-bed semi-detached.
I have two loving bulldogs and one other housemate. We both have a blended work pattern of half at home / half out of home.
The property has two gardens, one more secluded at the back of the property with plenty of room to relax and one on the side of the property that’s a sun trap, and overlooking a mill.
If you’re a fitness lover, we have an outdoor Calisthenics gym in the garden.
Someone with similar listed interests would be ideal but I’d say being a dog lover is up there. These two have full-blown human personalities.
No fixed term but 6 months is the minimum threshold I’d be looking for.
