Flatmate Needed - Stylish 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment

I have a Double room available in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Looking for someone to take over my Flatmate's room urgently as she is moving to a different place for her job.

Located in the Ancoats area of Manchester, right next to Ancoats Marina .
The bedroom is next to the large main bathroom with a bath shower, solely for your use. The room comes furnished.

The kitchen is modern fitted with microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer.
The open plan living space is large, bright and a great space that leads out to a large balcony over looking the canal. Outside we have a secure garden which is perfect for sunny days. Secure underground parking is also available.

Ancoats marina is just across the street, restaurants and bars are 2 minutes away, Aldi is a 5 minute walk and Co-op is just around the corner. 5 mins walk to nearest bus and tram stop.
City centre is a 12 minute walk.
It’s a fab area for socialising with friends, plenty of outdoor areas to lounge in the sun.

About the bills ( Council tax, Electricity and water) comes to roughly 100-110/month for each of us. The rent is paid upfront on the 1st/2nd of each month and the deposit displayed here is as it is on the official contract, which can be discussed later.

I am looking for a sociable, respectable person to rent out the other room. The only thing I would request is that you would take effort to keep the flat clean.
