I have a Double room with ensuite available in my apartment.

Rent is 800£/month some bills included.
Electricity bill isn’t included but falls around 25£-50£/month per person.

There's no parking included.

It's a 2 floor 3 bedroom apartment located in desired area of ancoats. I am occupying two of the bedrooms.

Accessible :
2 min walk to Co-op / Tesco supermarket.
2-3 min walk to Cutting room square.
7-8 min walk to NQ/Stevenson square.
Less than 10 min walk to Urban exhange/Aldi/Puregym.
10 -15 min walk to Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Victoria station.

I am live-in landlord. I work 4 days a week as healthcare professional. I am pretty easy going and sociable person. I am relaxed about friends coming around etc as long as they respect the apartment. In my free time I like to go out for food and drinks, gigs, board games, go to gym and travel.

I am looking for someone who is clean, easygoing and respectful of each other space but also wouldn’t mind grabbing a pint or hangout.
