City Centre Double Room w Private Bathroom

Hey! I’m Joe and I’m looking for someone to take over my existing flatmate’s tenancy as he’s moving in with a friend. The apartment is a decent size with windows overlooking Angel Meadows park (perfect for sitting out in the summer) and you’ll have the bathroom to yourself as I have an ensuite. I’ve lived in the building for nearly four years and it’s a really lovely place to be.

The flat is part of the Meadowside complex which has a gym and workspace across the park–great for WFH and if it takes you a lot of motivation to get to the gym! There’s also a Foundation Coffee there too. We’re a five min walk to Victoria station and close to Ancoats, NQ and the Arndale.

Bills come to around £210 each a month which includes council tax, water, energy and wifi.

Ideally looking for a queer-friendly young professional who is sociable but not planning on bringing the afters back to ours. I’m usually out a couple of evenings a week as I do open mic gigs, but when I’m home I like to chill and be social with my flatmate, so watching films and catching up on telly would be cute! I also occasionally have one or two friends over for dinner or hanging out, which you’re always welcome to join–we’re a friendly group :)

The tenancy ends on 17th September but I believe there’ll be the option to extend it. Ideally want to stay here until I buy my own place next year, so a long-term flatmate would be preferred!
