Double ensuite in Ancoats flat

My flatmate is moving so looking for someone to take her double ensuite room.
The property has a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
There is a secure parking space that I am not using.
There is also an on-site gym which is free to access
Electricity and WiFi come to around £50 a month and council tax is £100 each on a 10 month payment plan.

I enjoy going out for food and drinks but also like some nights in. I work in hospitality so can be out for much of the day most days and I tend to have 3 days off a week. I like having the freedom to have people round so if that’s not something you’re happy or comfortable with then this flat isn’t for you.

I am also wanting someone who plans to stay here for the foreseeable as I have no interests in moving any time soon so please don’t message if you’re going to be very short term.
