We are 2 friends living in a 3 bedroom house and we have the best bedroom of the house for rent.
It's very well located, 20 mins walk from Piccadilly station and 5 mins walk from the tram stop.
We are full time professionals, I work in facilities management and my mate is a welder.
We are simple but respectful, quiet and considered and we expect the same. Doesn't matter your nationality but we appreciate having someone who is fluent in english, is polite and tidy. We don't expect OCD cleaning, just clean after yourself and will be fine for us.

Please bare in mind we are looking for someone who will commit to sign a tenancy agreement with our agency for a minimum of 5 months. You will take over the tenancy agreement that one of our friends signed with the agency before leaving.
