I am looking to fill my flatmates room as he is moving out due to him starting university.
The room is a double with spacious wardrobe and you would have your own bathroom next door with a bath tub and shower.
The only shared space would be the kitchen living room area (I like to keep it tidy and clean). Which has a Juliette balcony and floor to ceiling windows with views to the countryside and all round town.
Our building has a on site gym, rooftop patio (on our floor), and a 24 hour concierge. Bills come to around £140 each (electricity and council tax, internet is included).
Ideally I would like a member of the lgbt but I am open to anyone lovely and respectful.
Move in date would be mid to late Jan.
A bit about me and what I’m looking for:
I’m a 28 year old marketing manager working in fashion (can get you freebies if you like the brand lol), love a night out and going for dinner and drinks. I love music, cinema, history and fashion. Would ideally like someone who wants to be social and spend time with me and my friends.
