Aldi & Pure Gym within a 5 minute walk from the flat. The building comes with a communal area both on the rooftop terrance and in the main reception. There is also a small gym located on the terrance.

Bills come in at roughly £80-£90 each in the winter and around £60 in the summer as the sun heats the flat all day. Council tax is around £90 each & a deposit of £880

I’m a huge music fan with a very diverse taste that spans all sorts of genres. I’m always at a gig or festival. I do enjoy a night out but not a major party goer, at my age chill nights are key. Massive horror fan
