Double Room in Ancoats

Hello,

I need someone to take over my tenancy as I moving cities , I live with two professional girls.

They are both 24 working in sales and retail in Manchester - both enjoy trips to the pub but also nights in watching movies.

They’re both calm, respect each other's space and like to keep the place relatively nice and clean and looking for someone who would fit in with this. A professional or mature student would be perfect.

The flat itself is brilliant, only 10minutes walk from NQ's restaurants and bars with Ancoats and New Islington Canal next door as well. The closest big shop is an Aldi down the canal for cheap groceries and there's a bus stop on our doorstep.

As you can see on the pictures, the room is large and bright coming with bed, wardrobes and drawers - the clothes rack and desk won't be staying. The room is £530pcm without bills. With bills it comes to around ~£700pcm.

The building has a lift, car parking (£30 a month) and secure bike storage downstairs.
