Double room in 4 bed house share in New Islington!

Bedroom!

We’ve got a spare double room going in our four bed house near Ancoats from the start of April as our lovely housemate is moving to Sheffield!

The room shares a bathroom with one person, bathroom has lots of cabinet storage, a bath and a shower. The bedroom also overlooks the canal and gets lots of light during the morning.

As for us, we’re a group of mates, 2 girls and a guy, aged between 25-26. Our jobs are a mix of 9-5, hospo, and some working from home as well. We’re a sociable house and love going out to bars, events / pub together, but also sitting on the sofa watching telly and chilling in the evenings <3

Rent is 675 a month and bills range between £140-170 each ish a month depending on usage (that includes all bills: council tax - band D, wifi, energy, water etc)

We have a patio / outside space out the back which looks out over the canal and is gorge in summer!! The downstairs of the house consists of a large open kitchen / living room with lots of light, a kitchen island and sofas (pics in listing for further deets)
