Hey! My current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy so I have a spare room available from 1st May.
I’ve lived in this flat for 3 years and it’s so spacious, both rooms have their own en suite and it lets in a lot of natural light!
The room is unfurnished and I have furniture to furnish the shared space - when I moved in it was very easy to furnish the place quite cheap so happy to help out!
A bit about me, I’m Ffion, 28 and work in marketing! I’m very easy going, laid back and would love to live with someone I could be friends with, but also understand people like their own space too.
Most the time you’ll find me in the gym, going for a pint or snuggling up and getting lost in a book or good tv show!
