Room in Ancoats flat

I am looking for a flatmate to move in with me in my flat in Anocats. It’s a 2-bedroom flat, each bedroom has on en-suite, and it has a balcony overlooking the marina!

I work full time as a solicitor in the city, in the office most of the time but WFH sometimes.
I am a looking for someone clean and tidy to live with and preferably someone I will get on well with 😌

I am into running and pilates, love being out and about on the weekends, going to a nice wine bar / out for drinks, but also like a quiet night in too. So looking for someone who also likes a good balance of socialising but doing some wholesome things 🫶🏻

The flat is available to move in mid-March, and I ideally need someone before the end of March.

It is unfurnished, but there is built in wardrobes and I have the living room furniture etc, so you will just need a bed (and anything else you want for your room ofc).

I only have a video of the flat currently (I move in next week), but have uploaded images from the listing, along with the floor plan and some details from the Rightmove ad when it was on there.
