Sunny, ground floor Ancoats Flat

I'm looking for two new flatmates to fill rooms in a sunny, ground floor flat facing onto the marina, with a gym and co-working space included. A double en-suite room and a double with a shared bathroom, unfurnished but there is the opportunity to buy some bedroom furniture off previous tenants. A parking space is also available in the building, through the letting agent.

All shared spaces are furnished, and bills vary, but are usually around £144.

I, Holly, will be the only continuing tenant. I'm from Edinburgh and into running and climbing, and anything else that takes me outdoors into nature, but also tend to balance the business with chill time at home. I'd love to find flatmates with some shared interests who are also looking for a relaxed, friendly flat dynamic. I'm always up for a chat, but I also completely respect people needing their own space. I'd also like anyone who is respectful of the common areas and clean and tidy.
