Room to rent in Ancoats

I’m looking for a flatmate from 1st April for a place in Ancoats, just behind the New Islington tram stop, so less than a 10 minute walk from the marina (perfect for summer ☀️)

It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath, so separate bathrooms. The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and under bed storage, so there’s loads of space. The flat is already furnished, with a shared living room / kitchen and a wrap around balcony.

I’m pretty easy going and would love to live with someone who’s up for a chill evening but also the occasional after work / weekend drink🥂. I’m usually in the office most days, in Leeds twice a week or at my Ancoats office, so there’s space to WFH if needed.

I do need to move quite quickly as I’m currently in my notice period and need to submit a new tenant by next week if possible.
