Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a flat in New Islington.
📍 Location:
Really great spot – about a 3 min walk to the tram stop, and super close to Ancoats & Northern Quarter. Loads of nice cafes, bars, and places to eat nearby, but still a fairly chill area.

• Cosy living space
• Small private balcony (nice bonus in summer!)
• Easy access to the city centre
🛏️ The room:
• Available from May 1
• 2 months left on the tenancy, with option to extend after if you like the place
💷 Bills:
• Not included (split between tenants)
It’s a great place if you want to be central but not right in the middle of the noise.
