Gorg Location, Gorg room, gorg Flatmate lol jk

Basically my flatmate found me on SpareRoom and wasn’t transparent on her plan to leave immediately so now I am imminently looking for her replacement as my tenancy is till November 2026. The rent is £670 each for the month but I believe the agency is open to the possibility of a reduction for moving in within the month. Bills arent include but are around £100pm each. The location is basically in Ancoats square so you’d be in a fab location, a 10 minute straight line walk to city centre and 15 minute walk to Picadilly station. I’m pretty easy going i just really value being responsible as in paying rent / bills on time. Being respectful as in considering the space is shared and communicating effectively and being clean. I can be messy I’m just a girl but that’s confined to my room lol. Dirty people just swipe on pls I’m begging. Erm What else? I love a gab, I’m super friendly so I’d love to be mates but if you’re not really into that no stress you know. I work 9-5 so pretty chill lifestyle.
