Flatmate wanted - spacious double ensuite

Hey, I’m Rebecca. I’m 29, I’ve lived in Manchester for a few years now (I moved from London) and I’m looking for someone to move into my flat in New Islington.

About me:

I work as a full time software engineer and as a Pilates instructor. I wfh (from the living room) so I need someone who is mindful of that. Ideally I’m looking to live with someone that works from the office. However, the room comes with a desk if you need to work some of the time from home.

I love fitness and staying active (going to the gym, dance, Pilates etc), cooking, eating out, visiting art exhibitions, content creation and reading.

I’m a friendly and sociable person but I also enjoy having my own space and time to myself. I’m clean and tidy and my flat is a peaceful place where I can relax. I live quite a busy life and I tend to wake up early so I like to be in bed by 10pm. I don’t drink or go on big nights out so I’m not looking to live with a big party person.

I would like to live with another female who is clean and tidy, someone who is friendly and easy to chat to around the flat but also happy to do their own thing.

About the space:

The building is located next to New Islington tram stop and has a concierge.

Your room is a double room with an ensuite wet room (shower, toilet, sink).
The flat has a large balcony.

Rent is £800pm including all bills.
