Double en-suite room, with pool & gym

The price is all bills included (wifi, water, electricity, TV, council tax - no hidden extras). I will be moving to London and looking for someone to rent my room while I’m away. The flat is owned by myself and the remaining flat mate. The flat is large, with plenty of space, and comes with access to the buildings gym, pool and sauna. The room has an en-suite. It’s perfectly located in the city centre with trains stations within a 15min walk. We would like to start someone on a short contract at first looking to extend if everything works out. Looking to fill the room for beginning of May 2026.
