• 6th floor balcony apartment with a view over the marina. It should capture the sun the whole day over summer
• Spacious open-plan living & kitchen area
• Fully integrated appliances (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven & hob)
• Separate utility room with washer/dryer
• Two large double bedrooms, both with:

• En-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers

Costs:
• Deposit: £1,775 total
• Rent split between us
• Bills not included (electricity, water, internet, council tax Band C)

• £100 holding fee per person (deducted from first month’s rent)

Tenancy Details:
• Minimum 12-month contract
• No break clause
