Large En-suite Room in New Islington/Ancoats

Our housemate Siofra is moving out (as she's bought her own place) so her room is available from the start/mid May. We can be a little flexible with move in dates if needed.

The flat has a big balcony and large open plan living space. It is right by New Islington tram stop, 10 mins walk to Picadilly station, and sits within the New Islington marina / Ancoats area, so the location is ideal!

The room is the largest in the flat, with a double bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Most of the furniture comes with the room (not shelving). 

Current house mates are Harry and Eleanor (24 and 23).

Keeping the flat tidy and clean is very important to us as it's such a nice space that we spend our weeknights in cooking and watching TV together and weekends we are in and out. We are easy going and sociable housemates. Harry and Eleanor both work in Architecture and are looking for someone who similarly works a 9-5.

We also like to spend time outside of the flat, together with our partners or friends, so we'd ideally like a house mate that's similar and enjoys the social aspect of living together but is also chilled.

The room is £800 not including bills.
Bills/ council tax roughly £120 a month.
