I’m looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share a modern two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Ancoats. The flat is in a great central location, within walking distance of the Northern Quarter and the city centre, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and transport links nearby.

The available room is a good-sized double and comes with its own en-suite bathroom, so you’ll have your own private space. The flat itself is well-kept, modern, and ideal for someone who enjoys a comfortable and relaxed home environment.

* Bills: £244 per month (includes all essentials)
