I am a Therapist working in Manchester City Centre. Looking for a respectful clean tidy house mate.

I'm friendly tidy and clean with a good sense of humour and get along with all ages, back grounds and cultures.

I have a well behaved, calm and friendly little dog.
She is hypoallergenic and so does not shed hair/fur or cause allergies.

Ideally would like some one who can be social and like quiet time also, go on occasion nights out and for the house to feel like home with mutual respect and understanding of eachother.

Large Double Room, beautiful wooden floor, double bed, furnished, (excellent live out landlord) double bedroom situated at the front of the house next to the bathroom. Newly fitted kitchen with washing machine, shared open plan living room, dinning room, office. 🛁 Bath tub and 🚿 shower. Yard outside, with washing line for clear days. Porch entrance at front door for coats, shoes etc...and keeps heat in in winter.

Friendly neighbourhood.

Parking on street without issues as there is plenty of space.
Close to motorways.

Cul-de-sac street.

Only one other house mate, me and the little dog. :)

2 minutes walk to bus stop 6 mins on bus to Manchester City Centre.
8 mins in total to Manchester City Centre.

Close to Universities and Hospital

Aldi and Tesco's 3 mins bus ride away or a 20 mins walk.

Great local markets for world cuisine.

All bills included : gas, electric, water council tax, internet and Netflix.

Excellent live out landlord

Cleanliness is a must.
