Studio Apartment

This studio apartment is based 10minute walk from picadilly station of Manchester and also the centre of Manchester. It is right outside the Uni of Manchester and also very clean building. The building includes bills with the money you pay, has a cinema room, and a gym and a study room aswell as 24hr help. It is a studio with a bathroom inside so you aren’t sharing with anyone. Only reason I am moving is as I will be changing unis so I need someone to take over if I want to leave. I will also be paying the rest of the time here whith my last student finance I get so for the next 3 months June- August you’d only be paying 900 a month instead of 1200. You don’t Pa council tax if you are a student and you can report it to the building so they will take it off. If you’d like I can also leave you a brand new heater and a shore rack as I won’t be taking those.
