Potential new bedsit

I am in the process of purchasing a detached house and relocating from the south. I live alone with three dogs so wont suit everyone. I will be working in the city part of the week and home working the rest of the time.
The property i am purchasing i am looking to turn into a studio. Its two bedrooms and a full bathroom on one side of the house. Adding a door to the hallway so it would be a double bedroom, private full bathroom and another room as your private lounge and potentially kitchenette. Parking available. Garden space.
