Bus stops less than 5-minute walk, and a 20-minute walk from Sale Centre and Metrolink. Access to road networks A56, M60, M62 within 5- minute drive. Manchester airport 15-minute drive.

There's a modern fully fitted kitchen/diner with washing machine, dryer, large fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space.

Garden Studio:
Self contained with own bathroom with shower, and fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave with shared access to kitchen for use of washing machine and sink, and shared use of garden.
