We’re a relaxed, friendly couple renting out a bright and comfortable spare room in our lovely Atherton home.

The room is clean, well-sized, and ideal for someone who wants a calm, tidy place to live. You’ll be sharing the house with two considerate, easy-going people who value mutual respect, privacy, and a positive home environment. We’re social without being intrusive — happy to chat, equally happy to give space.

The house is well looked after, and everything you need for day-to-day living. Atherton is a great location, with excellent transport links, local shops, and green spaces all close by.

We’re looking for a reliable working professional or mature student who is clean, respectful, and sees the house as a home — not a party place.
