Comes with a super friendly dog, perfect for those evening furry cuddles and playtime.

Looking for a considerate person who can communicate well if something is not ok so we can work it out.

Looking for someone who is eco friendly or willing to try and be eco.

Due to health reasons I can’t use strong chemical-based cleaners, but eco, skin-friendly cleaning products will be provided. Cleaning is shared.

Council tax and bills are included in the rent. I don't have a TV license so if you want to watch live TV YOU must be responsible for getting a license or incur the penalties.
