About the house.

This quiet, renovated top floor bedroom with 2 double beds and large en-suite is in a 140 year old 4 storey house in a very quiet road in the popular suburb of Whitefield. Street parking available.

It's just a few minutes from Junction 17 of the M60 and 10 mins walk from two Metrolink tram stations. It’s approximately 20/25 minutes into Central Manchester. It's two hundred metres from the bus stop with buses to Manchester, Radcliffe and Bury.

There are also many bars and restaurants nearby and a low price cafe round the corner for breakfast etc. You will need to check their current situations after the lockdown.

You have the whole of the top floor which also has a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dual hob, safe, free wifi, uk free-view tv, plus Netflix.

Please note that being at the top, there are 2 flights of steep stairs. There is no availability to use the rest of the house, so there are no full kitchen facilities.

You will have a key to the front door and a fob for the alarm. We ask that you maintain security by locking the front door at all times, when entering and leaving the house.

Getting Around

It’s a great location near Bury, with excellent links to Manchester City Centre, with a tram or bus every 10 minutes. Bury has a brilliant market and a good town centre with bars, restaurants, bowling alley, cinema and four shopping centres.

Please note that this is not suitable for smokers as there is a no smoking policy and smoke alarms on that floor. Being on the top floor it's not exactly convenient to nip outside and everytime the front door opens there is an audible security alarm.
