En-Suite Double Room In Whitefield

Hi guys
I have been living in Whitefield for 8 months in a great location, but for work reasons I will have to move and leave my sweet currently bedroom.
It's a double room with suite, has a 24/7 Mc Donald’s and an Aldi literally across the road, 5 minutes from Besses o 'th' Barn tram station and several restaurants and pubs close to the house. It also has a Morrison 10 minute walk and a full gym. Anyway, the room costs 450 pounds per month with everything included, 300 deposit, once a month the agency comes to do the cleaning and also delivers cleaning products to be used in the house.
