No bed currently in place but landlord will provide if required and should you wish to bring your own furniture room can be supplied Un furnished.
Current tenant is an employed professional working varying shifts and manages the bills, council tax etc on a monthly basis. Rent is payable direct to the landlord at £225 per month with the balance of £150 for bills etc. payable to the existing tenant on the first of every month in advance.
Balance includes: gas, electric, water, landline (free evenings and weekends), hi speed broadband/wifi & contents insurance.
3rd small bedroom is currently used for storage should you need extra space.
