We have a lovely double room spare. It is fully furnished to a good standard and overlooks the garden and decking area via 2 floor to ceiling windows. You will have your own bathroom as we have an en-suite. There is a bath and shower. Full sky package (downstairs) plus Netflix Amazon Prime and Disney.
Broadband is also included. Downstairs is open plan and you will have access to use all the facilities. There is a gated parking area at the back of the house. It's about a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly station and the 219 bus goes from the end of the road into town and Ashton every 10 minutes.
We have a family dog he is 4 years old and doesn't go upstairs (unless encouraged to do so) He is very much a part of our family.
We are very open and welcoming to the LGBTQ community and look forward to welcoming a new person into our home.
We have had a lodger for several years now and they have gone on to become great friends. We are both professionals and work full time. My main hobby is watching football (United) Tom loves movies and gaming
