LGBTQ+ house sharing (more pics soon)

The room is in a 5 bedroom house, but shared only with two flatmate, the other room are used as spare room and a small one as small office available to all of us.
The house is on 2 floors, has kitchen, living room, garden, storage cupboards in each floor.
The room available is a large double room, the bathroom is shared with only one of the other tenants. Bill are not included and shared between the housemates (around 130£ per months each, depending on energy consumption), those includes gas, electricity, house insurance, wifi, netflix, disney plus and tv licence and council taxes.
The current housemates are two gay guys, both professionals and students. We are quiet, like keep the common areas clean, We are looking for a housemate who maintains cleanliness and equally keeps clean the common areas, quiet in the night sleeping time and possibly part of the LGBTQ+ community or fully respectful about. We are friendly and sociable and would like to find someone to share the house with and not only a rent payment. Total amount with bills = 630 (depending on bill usage) also if you are a student too this will end up being less, as we will be exempt front council tax.
