The House
Officially a 3-bedroom house but the 3rd room is used for storage. I have an en-suite in the master bedroom so the main bathroom is pretty much solely yours to use located next to the room to let. Large relaxing living room with a 65" TV. I have a Sky box but no longer subscribe so only free channels. Netflix, Disney+ & Amazon Prime subscription on the main TV. Accounts not included for other devices. Kitchen with microwave and combi washer/dryer. Bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, Fast full-Fibre and Council Tax) all included.

Driveway has room for 2 cars.
Good size garden, ideal for BBQs.

Location
15 minute walk to North Manchester General Hospital. Easy access to the M60 (if you drive). Large supermarkets Asda, Lidl, Tesco's and Sainsbury's all within 1.5 miles. There is also a Nisa Local just 2 minutes' walk away.

Transport
Bus stop (Rochdale Road) is only 6 minutes walk with frequent buses to the city centre, or towards Middleton. It will take approximately 15mins to get into the centre in low traffic and even goes direct to MRI, University of Manchester/MMU. Closest Metrolink stop is Crumpsall which is 30 minutes walk away.

About Me
I'm a live-in landlord so anything that needs to be done to the house will be quick. As a housemate I am exceptionally clean, tidy and very respectful. I work full time, typical office hours then normally at the gym or out socialising. My hobbies include photography and videography so if I'm home I'm often editing! I also enjoy travelling, going out to eat and watching movies. I do also play piano but I have headphones. I don't like the term "landlord" as it sounds so formal. Of course, all paperwork will be professional, but otherwise I'm pretty easy-going.

The Ideal Housemate
I'm looking for a professional tenant ideally, someone who will look after the property as if it was their own and respect it, keeping it clean and tidy. Ideal for Doctors/nurses working at North Mcr Hospital. No smokers and no parties. Students may be considered but preferably not someone who is moving away from home for the first time - done it before and I'm not being someone's dad again, tidying up after them. Also needs a completed profile (with pictures) on here - I've unfortunately had too many time wasters so unsure if they're bots or not.

I'm very house-proud so hopefully you'll appreciate the quality of the house. Non shedding pets may be considered at an additional cost to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis depending on the animal.
