Wooden double bed with storage space underneath. Large wardrobe and large drawers.

The House
Officially a 3-bedroom house but the 3rd room is used for storage. I have an en-suite in the master bedroom so the main bathroom is pretty much solely yours to use located next to the room to let. Large relaxing living room with a 65" TV. I have a Sky box but no longer subscribe. Kitchen with microwave and combi washer/dryer. Bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, Fibre Broadband, Council Tax) all included.

Outside
Driveway has room for 2 cars.
Good size garden, ideal for BBQs.
Shed in the back

Location
15 minute walk to North Manchester General Hospital. Easy access to the M60 (if you drive). Large supermarkets Asda, Tesco's and Sainsbury's all within 1.5 miles. I tend to go to Asda weekly. There is also a local Co-op Food just 2 minutes walk away.

Transport
Bus stop (Rochdale Road) is only 6 minutes walk with frequent buses to the city centre, or towards Middleton. It will take approximately 15mins to get into the centre dependent on traffic and even goes direct to MRI, University of Manchester/MMU. Unfortunately not close to any Metrolink stops.

About Me
I'm a live-in landlord so anything that needs to be done to the house will be quick. As a housemate I am exceptionally clean, tidy and very respectful. I work full time, typical office hours then normally at the gym or out socialising. My hobbies include photography and videography so if I'm home I'm often glued to my PC in my room editing! I also enjoy travelling, going out to eat and watching movies. I'm also into dancing and feel quite young at heart. I don't like the term "landlord" as it sounds so formal. Of course, all paperwork will be professional, but otherwise I'm pretty easy-going.

The Ideal Housemate
I'm looking for a professional tenant ideally, someone who will look after the property as if it was their own and respect it, keeping it clean and tidy. No smokers and no big parties. Students are welcome but preferably not someone who is moving away from home for the first time - done it before and I'm not being someone's dad again, tidying up after them. No DDS sorry. I'm very house-proud so hopefully you'll appreciate the quality of the house. Pets may be considered at an additional cost to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis depending on the animal. Looking for someone who I can potentially be friends with.
