I have a single room available at £325 a month the room has fridge freezer and and a microwave oven . There is a kitchen down stairs for usage. There is also a washing machine which can be used once a week . The bathroom is shared and is kept clean and tidy at all times.
The house is Located at the back of Boggart hole clough in Blackley. It is ideal for motorway networks and bus routes to the city centre are a few minutes walk away. The motorway links are close to Oldham , Bury Rochdale , There is train station about a mile away. The city centre is less than 15 minutes drive away by bus or car.
There are local shops close by there are also Asda and Tesco, s stores not to far away.. the room would be ideal for anyone working at north Manchester general hospital ,the city centre or for those requiring access to the motorway network.
There is superfast broadband available at no extra cost. All bills are included.
Tenants must be employed sorry no benefits, a deposit of £300 is required which will be refunded when the tennant leaves , should the room be left in a satisfactory condition.
References are required a passport or diving licence would be sufficient for proof of I'd.
Forigners are welcome but would need proof of residency. Non EU will have to show leave to remain on the passport.
