Furnished Double Bed

The room comes fully furnished with;
1 × divan bed with underbed storage in two drawers,
1 x double wardrobe and drawers,
1 x bed side drawers.

The house is a four bed and currently consists of homeowner and one other lodger. Both of us work and are friendly and tidy.

The house has a share living room, dining room and kitchen area. The main bathroom is to be shared by the lodgers, which comprises of w/c and bath with overhead shower.

The house has a large rear garden, which gets the sun throughout the day (well any sun that Manchester sees). There is space for a further car on the driveway.

The house is located on a new build estate, located directly opposite a nice parkland area and has a number of main supermarkets close by (tesco, asda, morrisons and aldi).

The house is an easy 15 min drive to Ancoats and the Norther Quarter, or there is a direct bus to Shudehill and Picadilly from outside the estate. Alternatively an uber ranges from £7 -11 depending on time of day/night.
