This top floor (3 floors) apartment is shared with a genuine down to earth gay man who is very considerate and friendly to be around and his miniature dachshund Monty.
Monty has a very affectionate nature and loves cuddles and belly rubs but initially is very wary of strangers.

The room has a lockable door (from both sides) and contains a safe, T. V/DVD and stereo, the flat has security cameras fitted around the block and can be viewed through all TV'S ( both living room and bedroom) to view the car park and communal areas.
The bathroom has built in speakers which is fabulous for listening to music whilst getting ready for a night out!
co-op, take aways and pubs nearby. multiple bus stops around to get to town or a 10 minute walk to the metrolink and Harpurhey Asda is just far enough away! LOL
I work permanent nights which is a 4 on 4 off rota any potential house mate needs to be mindful of this (My previous house mate worked shifts at the local hospital and the flat is well located to get to NMGH within 5mins and the bedroom has blackout blinds.
The kitchen has cooker, oven, combi microwave, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser and two separate mini freezers and the flat is very modern and comfortable.
The deposit is one month in advanced rent
