I've recently bought my first house in Blackrod (Bolton). It is located by the beautiful Rivington Pike (If you like walking/jogging). There are Aldi & Iceland supermarkets 10 minutes walk away. Middlebrook Shopping outlet is not far with numerous shops & places to eat.

The house is conveniently located right by Blackrod Train Station that is direct into Manchester City Centre and Manchester Airport and Preston & Blackpool in the other direction.

The room available is a large room with a brand new double bed, brand new double wardrobe, new sofa from Dunelm and TV provided.

It is a good sized house with a hallway - Open plan living and dining room. Brand new furniture, TV's, Fridge Freezer & 11kg Washing Machine. There is a huge bathroom (shared).

To the rear there are patio doors leading to a small enclosed back yard that I plan to renovate soon.

I am a 50 year old professional Careers Adviser (for teenagers), Youth Worker & Support Worker for 16-25 year olds.

I'm very sociable, considerate, understanding, easy going, young in my outlook and I have a great sense of humour, I enjoy meeting friends at the weekend. I play pool at a competitive level, I love walking, cycling & cooking.

I have installed super fast broadband and all bills are included. I don't have pets but, would happily negotiate pets at the house.

Accommodating a lodger for me is not a necessity but, I'm considering it. I'm not planning on advertising the room openly.
