Single room mon-fri short term or longer term

This is a south facing room with new floors, a single bed, wardrobe and drawers. The family bathroom is right next to the bedroom and you are welcome to use the whole downstairs including washing machine and dryer.
It is a family house in which I work from home a lot. No guests, no pets, no smoking and nothing wild please. There is free parking on the street and a bus stop directly in front of the house (501 bus, 10 to 15 mins to Bolton) and more buses from the top of the road.
Short term (as little as one week) is fine or a longer term let is fine too. It’s Mon- Fri. Council tax band B. All bills included but you obviously supply your own food, drinks and personal items. Your room can be cleaned twice a month by a cleaner if you want. If you stay longer than a week, you are of course welcome to leave your belongings over the weekends.
