We are pleased to offer these amazing bedrooms - It's a quiet, huge, clean student house in the Bolton area within 20 mins walking distance to the Uni and town centre (exactly 1.1 mile walk to the main campus). Less than 10 minutes on a bus.

Note : It is NOT in the very noisy "student district" where every other house on the street is a student house crammed with 6-9 students per house sharing 1 kitchen. If you prefer a bit of peace and quiet and not be surrounded by hundreds of other students, read on......

We might not be the closest to the uni, but judging by some comments we've had in the past few years, we are certainly one of the best student houses in the town, and much quieter area too!!

You MUST be a full-time student at Bolton University to apply for a room here. Student enrolment numbers + offer/enrolment letter will be required to confirm this.

(part time students or working mature students are not accepted, sorry)

We cannot accept couples and it's single occupancy per bedroom. Maximum 4 occupants only.

This is a very large house and must be seen to be fully appreciated.

Guarantors required for all students.... usually a parent or other family member. They must be UK based, working full time and earning over £25k per year. If you cannot provide a guarantor, then the only option is to pay the academic year's rent in full when moving in....
