Quiet Modern Mature House, 2 Little Dogs

Hi,

As stated in the title I have 2 dogs a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Cavapoo so if you don't like dogs or have pet allergies I'll save you the time in reading on...if you are still reading they are cute, friendly and harmless, both 6 yrs old, well trained and don't bark much, apart from when they see cats creeping along the fence lol.

I am looking to get one more lodger in (currently have 1) as I recently left my job of 14 yrs in order to pursue a dream of mine to develop my own PC game. So whilst that is in the making over the next year, I thought it would be wise to get a couple of lodgers in, in order to subsidise a loss of earnings.

I have had lodgers live with me in the past, and the current one has been here almost 2 months, so I am familiar with having people around, and understand everything in which it entails...that being good or bad. (hopefully not the latter)

The room is moderately spacious, and has a TV, wardrobe space, drawers, and I can provide a small desk if requested, but I didn't want to get any new ones in, in case you either didn't want one or might bring your own. My room is in the loft as I converted it a number of years ago.

There's a bathroom with walk in shower, and a 2nd toilet downstairs. Open plan lounge with kitchen, with breakfast bar and I do have a full size pool table. I have 500mb broadband and EE BT TV, will all the channels, so sports movies etc, as well as Netflix.

I have a back garden with decking and an arbour bench, so handy to chill out in when the weather allows. I also have a pond with fish and 3 musk turtles.

I personally don't go out much as I spend most of my time working on my game, so I'm around the house most of the time, apart from when I'm walking my dogs. I host poker for my friends once a month also, so usually on the first Friday of the month a few friends are round to hopefully give me their money :)

I do have a driveway that can fit 2 cars, one being mine, but there's plenty of curb space around. You can walk in to the town centre in about 25 mins or there are bus stops within 2-5 mins walk.

Finally, and most importantly just be respectful, so generally if you clean up after yourself we'll get along fine.
