Lovely Room in Bolton – Great Transport Links

I have a fully furnished room available in my home on Tongmoor Road, Bolton, and I’m looking for a clean, friendly female professional to share the space with.

The house is in a really convenient location — 1 minute walk to the bus stop, about 10 minutes walk to the train station, and easy access into Manchester city centre (perfect if you work there but want to save on rent). Bolton town centre is also just 20 minutes away.

The home itself is clean, calm, and well-kept, so I’m looking for someone who is naturally tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. Ideally someone who also enjoys a peaceful environment after work.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, so if you don’t have your own, you’re welcome to use everything available in-house.

There’s also a Gym Group about 15 minutes walk away, so great if you’re into fitness 💪
